Seller and contact
The Vitasystem shop is operated by Vitaprint Sp. z o.o., pl. Jana Kilińskiego 2, 35-005 Rzeszów, Poland, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 5170375598, EU VAT number PL5170375598, register number (KRS) 0000622430. Full details are available on the Company details page. We sell goods from our registered office in Poland directly to customers in other EU countries. Placing an order
Orders can be placed at any time. The customer selects the product and its variants, enters their details, confirms the summary and submits the order. We send a confirmation of receipt to the e-mail address provided.
Catalogue prices are shown in euros excluding VAT. At checkout we add the VAT rate of the delivery country, which we account for under the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. The amount shown in the order summary is binding.
A business can enter its EU VAT number from the delivery country when ordering. Once the number has been verified in the VIES system, we issue an invoice at 0% VAT as an intra-Community supply of goods, with the VAT liability passing to the buyer (reverse charge). If the number is not valid in VIES, the order is processed with the VAT of the delivery country. We send the sales document by e-mail.
Personalisation and files
The customer declares that they have the right to use the trademarks, photos and designs they submit. Files should comply with the product specification. We may suspend fulfilment and ask for corrections if the material does not allow correct production.
Approval of a visualisation or production file means acceptance of the layout, content, dimensions and colours, taking into account the usual deviations resulting from printing technology and screen settings.
Payment and start of production
You can pay for your order by bank transfer to our euro account or via PayPal. We send the transfer details, including the IBAN, by e-mail once we have received your order; please quote your order number as the payment reference. Production starts once the full amount has been received, correct files have been accepted and all technical questions have been clarified.
Lead time and delivery
Lead times are given in working days. They do not include transit time or any period spent waiting for payment, files or approval. We ship from Poland: standard parcels by GLS, oversized items by FedEx. The shipping cost is calculated from the weight of the order and is shown in the basket. Right of withdrawal
Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised — that is, products with your print, in custom dimensions or made from a design you supplied — are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This follows from Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the national laws implementing it. For non-personalised goods, consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Complaints
Please send complaints to info@vitasystem.pl, stating the order number, a description of the problem and photographic documentation. We will let you know how the complaint will be handled once we have assessed it. This does not affect consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
Data and final provisions
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. You enter into the contract with a Polish seller, and matters not governed by these terms are subject to Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence. Amendments to these terms do not affect acquired rights or the conditions of orders already placed.
