Three discount tiers
Your tier depends on the net value of paid orders in the last 12 months. Amounts in euro or koruna are converted to złoty at the NBP rate on the order date. Upgrades are automatic and are never reversed automatically.
- Start – 2%
- from your first paid company order (with a VAT number)
- Partner – 8%
- from the equivalent of 5,000 PLN net in 12 months
- Agency – 13%
- from the equivalent of 20,000 PLN net in 12 months
The partner discount is not combined with the quantity discount – you always get the better of the two.
Your prices once you sign in
Once signed in, you see your price in the catalogue, on product pages and in the cart – next to the list price.
Paid orders count. Cancelled and refunded orders are not included. Your account shows your tier and how much is left to the next one.
For agencies and resellers
Offers with your brand (from the Partner tier). Add your logo and agency details in your account – on a product page you can prepare a PDF offer for your client with your markup and without Vitasystem details.
Bank transfer with 14-day terms (Agency tier). The order goes into production straight away and you pay by bank transfer within 14 days. The limit for unpaid orders on deferred terms is the equivalent of 10,000 PLN net.
Faster repeat orders
In your order history, “Order again” puts the same configurations and files back in the cart – at today's prices with your discount. Your account also keeps files and projects from previous orders.
How to join
Create a company account and place your first order with a VAT number – the Start tier switches on once it is paid. Further tiers follow automatically with your turnover.
