The state flag has a 5:8 ratio: a white stripe at the top and a red one at the bottom. The preset sizes in the configurator – 112 × 70, 160 × 100, 200 × 125, 240 × 150 and 300 × 188 cm – keep this ratio. You can also enter a custom size: width from 50 to 320 cm, height from 50 to 1000 cm.
Choose the size to suit the flagpole. We recommend a flag with a longer side of up to 150 cm for a 4–5 m flagpole, up to 240 cm for a 6–8 m flagpole, and larger flags for an 8–12 m flagpole.
How the flag is sewn depends on the mounting. For a standard flagpole we sew on reinforcing tape with snap hooks; for a flagpole with a cross arm, a top sleeve plus tape and snap hooks; and for a hand-held pole, a sleeve to fit its diameter. You can also choose eyelets in the corners or every 50 or 100 cm.
Standard 115 g/m² is a versatile, lightweight knitted flag fabric that flies well. Premium 130 g/m² suits intensive display, while Mesh 110 g/m² lets the wind through in exposed locations.
Public offices, municipalities, schools and businesses fly flags every day and ahead of national holidays and state ceremonies: Flag Day on 2 May, Constitution Day on 3 May and National Independence Day on 11 November. With larger orders the price per flag drops: by 5% from 5 pieces, by 8% from 10 pieces, by 12% from 25 pieces, by 16% from 50 pieces.
