Configuration and order
You choose the structure variant, dimensions, print, accessories and lead time. The summary shows the price of the configuration, the quantity and the shipping cost. Catalogue prices are in euros excluding VAT; the VAT of the delivery country is added at checkout, or 0% under the reverse charge for businesses with a verified EU VAT number.
Print design
You can attach a ready file or ask us to prepare the artwork. We check the format, scale, bleed and basic technical correctness. If a change is needed, we will contact you before production.
Approval and production
We start production once your payment — a transfer to our euro account or a PayPal payment — has been received and the files have been approved. From that moment we count the chosen lead time in working days. Print and finishing technology is matched to the particular system.
Quality control and assembly
Before packing, we check that the variant, print and equipment match your order. Structural parts, graphics and accessories are put together as one set.
Packing and delivery
We protect the product according to its dimensions and weight and hand it over to the carrier. Parcels are shipped from Poland by GLS, and oversized items by FedEx; transit time is added to the production time. You will receive the dispatch notification at the e-mail address used for the order, and we send the sales document the same way.
If you are ordering for a trade fair or event, enter the date in the order notes. This helps us check both production and transport.
