Event tent 3x3 m with custom dye-sublimation print on waterproof 300D polyester. The scissor-fold aluminium (or steel) frame goes up in a few minutes without tools, and the roof with its 35 cm valance provides 9 m² of covered stand area.

How do we calculate the lead time?
Working days are counted from the day after the order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The order must be paid and correct files approved. The selected variant can shorten or extend production; we confirm the final date after checking the files. Shipping costs are calculated in the basket based on the weight and size of the whole order.

We print the roof and walls using dye-sublimation on waterproof 300D polyester. The scissor frame is made of aluminium and goes up in a few minutes without tools. You can transport the complete set in a wheeled bag.

A tent built for trade fairs and outdoor use, not just for photos
The same frame and the same fabric we've been supplying to companies for trade fairs, festivals and sporting events for several years.
- Dye-sublimation printing
The colour penetrates the fabric, so the artwork won't crack or rub off when folded. We print in full colour, including large solid-colour backgrounds.
- Aluminium frame
Telescopic legs 40 mm in diameter, roof struts 25 × 12.5 mm. Aluminium doesn't rust and is 8 kg lighter than the steel version.
- Tool-free assembly
Scissor frame. Two people can put the tent up in a few minutes; height is adjusted using snap buttons on the legs.
- Rain and sun
300D polyester with a waterproof coating and UV protection. In windy conditions, add weights – the set weighs 16 kg.
- One bag for everything
The frame, roof and walls all fit into a wheeled bag, which fits in the boot of a standard car.
- Accessories with the same artwork
We print walls, half walls, the tablecloth and flags together with the roof. You can also order them later for the same frame.

From design to delivery
Before printing, we always send you a preview for approval. If you don't have artwork, select “Vitasystem graphic design” (€35.30 excl. VAT) in the configurator – we'll create it based on your materials.
- Configuration and files
You choose the frame, walls and accessories. Upload the artwork for each element, or download the PDF template, design it in your own software and upload the completed file.
- Preview for approval
You'll see the design immediately on the 3D model. Before printing, you'll also receive a visualisation by email, and we only proceed once you've confirmed it.
- Printing and sewing
Sublimation on 300D polyester. We print the roof at 3029 × 2175 mm and the wall at 3079 × 2222 mm, in CMYK (Coated FOGRA39).
- Delivery
Standard delivery is 7 working days from approval, or 3 days express for a surcharge of €105.90 excl. VAT. We ship via GLS courier.
