05Lead time
How do we calculate the lead time?
Working days are counted from the day after the order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The order must be paid and correct files approved. The selected variant can shorten or extend production; we confirm the final date after checking the files. Shipping costs are calculated in the basket based on the weight and size of the whole order.

How do we verify reviews?
We only publish reviews from customers who bought the product from Vitasystem. We verify the purchase against the order: via the link in the email sent after delivery, or using the order number and email address. We publish all reviews — positive and critical. We only reject content containing personal data, offensive language, advertising or content unrelated to the product. We do not pay for or reward reviews.
