How do we calculate the lead time?
Working days are counted from the day after the order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The order must be paid and correct files approved. The selected variant can shorten or extend production; we confirm the final date after checking the files. Shipping costs are calculated in the basket based on the weight and size of the whole order.

Press wall and stand backdrop in minutes
The straight POP UP fabric wall with graphics and Velcro fastening is a flat, uniform backdrop for a press wall, exhibition stand or photo shoot. You assemble it in a few minutes without tools, and can swap the single-piece fabric graphic without buying a new frame.
The scissor frame made from anodised aluminium unfolds with one motion and locks with snap fasteners. The graphic is a single piece of fabric that you attach to the Velcro strips on the front and sides. There are no fabric panels, gaps or seams in photos. You can fold the wall away with the graphic still attached, and everything fits into the supplied carry bag.
Who the straight version suits
- Press and sponsor wall: a flat backdrop with logos for interviews, press conferences and galas.
- Backdrop for photos and video: an even surface with no reflections, looking good on camera and under stage lighting.
- Wall-mounted exhibition stand: needs only approx. 30 cm of depth, leaving room for a counter and product display.

The designations 3x3 and 3x4 describe the frame's modular configuration: 3 rows in height and 3 or 4 columns in width, not the dimensions in metres. The dimensions are approximate.
Frame only or with print
In the configurator, you choose either the frame only or the frame with your graphic printed. The version with print is a complete set: we print the graphic using dye-sublimation on polyester fabric that doesn't shine, doesn't crease and is washable, then finish it with Velcro edging to match this frame. For your next campaign, you then only need to order the graphic.
Your artwork on the wall
Once you've chosen the print option, upload your artwork as JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, TIFF or ZIP. Images in JPG, PNG and WEBP appear instantly on the wall's rotatable 3D model. We'll confirm the exact production format of the graphic, including margins and the area for the Velcro edging, before printing, so you don't need to add any bleed yourself.
Lead time
We dispatch the wall with print as standard in approx. 7 working days after the artwork is approved. In express mode, we cut this time to approx. 3 working days for an extra fee shown in the configurator. We dispatch the frame without print in approx. 3 working days.

What does the 3x3 and 3x4 configuration mean?
This refers to the number of frame modules: 3 rows in height and 3 or 4 columns in width. The straight wall measures approx. 226 × 226 cm (3x3) and approx. 301 × 226 cm (3x4), with a depth of approx. 30 cm.
Can I buy just the frame without a graphic?
Yes. In the configurator, choose the option "NO – frame only". The set includes Velcro tape for sewing into the graphic and a carry bag. You can order the printed graphic later.
How do I prepare the graphic for printing?
Choose the graphic print option and upload your artwork as JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, TIFF or ZIP. Images in JPG, PNG and WEBP appear instantly on the 3D model. We'll confirm the exact production format, including margins and the Velcro edging, before printing.
How long does order processing take?
The wall with print is ready for dispatch in approx. 7 working days, or approx. 3 working days in express mode for an extra fee. We dispatch the frame alone in approx. 3 working days.
How does assembly work?
You unfold the frame, snap the locks into place and attach the graphic to the Velcro strips. No tools are needed, and the whole process takes just a few minutes. You can fold the wall away with the graphic still attached.
What's the difference between the straight and curved wall?
The curved version has an arched front, makes the stand more prominent and is also visible from the side, with the curve adding rigidity to the frame. The straight wall takes up less space and works well as a flat press wall or photo backdrop.
Can the wall be set up outdoors?
The POP UP fabric wall is designed for indoor use: exhibition halls, conference rooms, offices and shops. For outdoor use, event tents and flags are better suited.
Can the graphic be washed?
Yes. The graphic is dye-sublimation printed on 280 g/m² polyester fabric, which doesn't crease and is washable, so you can freshen it up before your next event.
