How do we calculate the lead time?
Working days are counted from the day after the order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The order must be paid and correct files approved. The selected variant can shorten or extend production; we confirm the final date after checking the files. Shipping costs are calculated in the basket based on the weight and size of the whole order.

We print the roof and walls using sublimation on waterproof 300D polyester. The aluminium scissor frame assembles without tools in a few minutes. You carry the complete set in a single bag with wheels.

A tent for trade fairs and outdoor use, not just for photos
The same frame and the same fabric that we've been supplying to companies for trade fairs, town festivals and sports events for several years.
- Sublimation printing
The colour penetrates the fabric, so the graphic doesn't crack or rub off when folded. We print full colour, including large solid-colour backgrounds.
- Aluminium frame
40 mm-diameter telescopic legs, 25 × 12.5 mm roof struts. Aluminium doesn't rust and is 8 kg lighter than the steel version.
- Tool-free assembly
Scissor construction. Two people can set up the tent in a few minutes; height is adjusted using the locking catches on the legs.
- Rain and sun
300D polyester with a waterproof coating and UV filter. In windy conditions, add weights; the set weighs 16 kg.
- One bag for everything
Frame, roof and walls fit in the bag with wheels. It fits in the boot of a standard car.
- Accessories with the same graphic
We print walls, half walls, tablecloth and flags together with the roof. You can also reorder them later for the same frame.

From design to delivery
Before printing we always send you a preview for approval. If you don't have a design, choose "Vitasystem graphic design" (€35.30 excl. VAT) in the configurator, and we'll create one based on your materials.
- Configuration and files
Choose the frame, walls and accessories. Upload the graphic for each element, or download the PDF template, design it in your own software, and upload the completed template.
- Preview for approval
The design is visible straight away on the 3D model. Before printing you'll also receive a visualisation by email, and we'll only proceed once you've confirmed it.
- Printing and sewing
Sublimation on 300D polyester. We print the roof at 3029 × 2175 mm and the wall at 3079 × 2222 mm, in CMYK (Coated FOGRA39).
- Delivery
Standard 7 working days from approval, or 3 days as express for a surcharge of €105.90 excl. VAT. We ship via GLS courier.
