How do we calculate the lead time?
Working days are counted from the day after the order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The order must be paid and correct files approved. The selected variant can shorten or extend production; we confirm the final date after checking the files. Shipping costs are calculated in the basket based on the weight and size of the whole order.

Twice the space of the 3x3 tent: 18 m² under the roof for a presentation area, a counter and storage. The steel scissor frame stands on six legs, and we print the roof and walls by dye sublimation on 300D polyester.

The colour penetrates the fabric, so the graphic doesn't crack or rub off when folded. We print in full colour, including large solid-colour backgrounds.
- Steel frame on six legs
With a 3 × 6 m roof, the middle leg stiffens the structure. We offer the steel version in this size.
- Tool-free set-up
Scissor construction. Two people can put the tent up in a few minutes; the height is adjusted with locking buttons on the legs.
- Rain and sun
300D polyester with a waterproof coating and UV protection. The large roof catches the wind, so choose weights for all six legs.
- Six wall panels
Four 3 m panels front and back, plus two sides. Each panel can be a full wall, a half wall or an open passage.
- Accessories with the same graphic
We print walls, half walls, tablecloth and flags together with the roof. You can also reorder them later for the same frame.

From design to delivery
Before printing we always send you a preview for approval. If you don't have a design, choose "Graphic design by Vitasystem" (€35.30 excl. VAT) in the configurator, and we'll create one based on your materials.
- Configuration and files
Choose your walls and accessories. Upload the graphic for each element, or download the PDF template, design it in your own software and upload the completed file.
- Preview for approval
You'll see the design straight away on the 3D model. Before printing you'll also receive a visualisation by email, and we only proceed once you've confirmed it.
- Printing and sewing
Dye-sublimation print on 300D polyester, files in CMYK (Coated FOGRA39), fonts converted to outlines. You'll find the sizes of the elements in the table above and in the template.
- Delivery
Standard delivery is 7 working days from approval; express is 3 days for an extra €105.90 excl. VAT. We ship by GLS courier.
